Not the best customer service. It closes at 8.15pm and we came at 7.50pm. Understand it’s a bit late, but still, it’s during operating hours. When we came in, no one approached us, everyone was doing their own thing. We had to call them to ask them for help/tell them what we were looking for. What kind of customer service is this lol? No “how can I help you?” / “are you looking for anything in particular?” Also they switched off the lights WHILE WE WERE STILL INSIDE. At 8.03pm. Hello??? Customer still inside?? 8.15pm then close what, no? We had to look for bidet IN THE DARK. Had to switch on our iPhone torchlight to see. This is pathetic man. Our salesperson (I didn’t even check his name) couldn’t even wait to finish our order. He passed it on to another person and went behind the counter to change out of his uniform. I understand that it’s NEARING closing time, but it’s NOT CLOSED YET. Please also take note that the items are fixed price. No bargaining / discount. Bought their house brand toilet bowls and stop cocks. Will come back to review if it is less than satisfactory.

Really really nice place to come look for toilet stuff! Bowls, bathtubs, taps, sinks, you name it they got it. Sure make you feel like renovating your toilets when you're here. Prices are damn reasonable as well! Came around 5pm so it was pretty empty and service was very prompt and fast. The guy who helped me got my sorted right away and I was probably out of there in like 10mins. Solid friendly service!

Bought a tap from Changi branch back in mid 2021. Our tap started leaking around end 2023, so we decided to make a trip down to look for a new tap. My wife & I were serviced by Steven Lee, and we were very happy with his service, he went over and beyond what was required of him. While he was recommending us a tap, he also enquired more details about our leaking tap, and provided solutions such as valve replacement instead of purchasing a new tap ($18 vs >$70). We eventually made the decision to buy a valve replacement instead. We returned a couple of hours after as we had difficulties fixing the valve, and Steven was more than willing to help us with it. Now we are very happy and satisfied with our tap!

Visited Sim Siang Choon on 2nd Apr 2023. Located at 42 Changi South Street 1. Very large space with free parking. Very large showroom with huge variety of choices of accessories of kitchen, toilet, bathroom. Spoilt for choices to describe. All in one roof. Understand purchase $800/ and above come with free delivery. Many brands but take note mostly manufactured from China. Prices are fixed. 👍👍😀

Had mixed experiences here. A sales staff called Steven was excellent - very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, attentive, and goes the extra mile. He also helped when some issues cropped up after the items were delivered. But the times we visited and Steven wasn't there, the sales experience was VERY different. Quite the opposite. Steven made the entire difference.

Exceptional service by Steven Lee. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a wc water tank which was not a very expensive item yet i received a 5 star service from him. Read so many bad reviews about SSC, was reluctant to visit the showroom but thought to still go ahead and try our luck. Really glad to met Steven. He is such a gem and having us leaving smiling.

Service is very substandard, doesn't make you feel welcome even if you're purchasing large amounts >1k. Came once yesterday but had to leave so we came back today, waited for the same salesperson (Eric Chang) for more than an hour. Thought to give him the sales since he helped us the previous day, but deeply regret wasting so much time because he didn't actually feel bad for making us wait, didn't try to make us feel better. Ended up wasting 3 hours and didn't get anything. Would never come back here.
